Reserved Meeting Rooms  - $6,000 member/$7,000 non-member

Inclusions:

  • One meeting room for the duration of the event
  • Meeting rooms can accommodate ~10 to ~24 depending on the room and/or set-up

All Conference sponsors and exhibitors receive:

  • Attendee list (pre-registered list sent 1 week in advance, post-conference attendance list sent within one week after the event).
  • A certain number of comped conference passes (based on sponsorship level), all of which include conference meals, full-conference reception, access to general and break-out sessions.
    • Note: We do not have “exhibitor only” conference passes.
  • CCSA Member conference passes also include the pre-conference Member-Only reception.
  • Wi-fi access.
  • Your logo on our event website, mobile app, onsite. signage, within the logo loop in sessions (specific placement depends on the sponsorship level).
  • Networking with our 600+ anticipated attendees.
